Loveland Affordable Homes For Sale - Derby Hill Neighborhood

The Derby Hill homes subdivision is located in the southern part of the desirable city of Loveland. The homes in the Derby Hill homes subdivision were first constructed in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s as the city of Loveland experienced a great deal of expansion due to all of the people who were moving to the Northern Colorado corridor. Although the homes in the Derby Hill subdivision were built four to five decades ago, the property owners who are now interested in selling have invested a lot of their own resources into making sure their homes have remained at the top of the market. Because Derby Hill homes were built several decades ago, however, their selling price has remained quite low when compared to other homes in the city of Loveland, and particularly low compared to the real estate opportunities in the neighboring city of Fort Collins to the north. The homes in the Derby Hill subdivision enter the real estate market at what would be considered a low price point, and Derby Hill homes range anywhere from 1,200 livable square feet up to 1,900 square feet and have many different floorplans available to the homebuyer, coming in 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom, and 1, and 2 Bathroom layouts. Some of the homes in the Derby Hill subdivision have additional outdoor space and can go upwards of 3,500 total square feet in lot size.
