2016 Northern Colorado Real Estate Forecast

There you have it. Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor Real Estate is going to continue to boom in 2016 and beyond. If you're a current homeowner, and want to sell, it's a great time to do so, but it's an even better time to buy to get in to a quality home before the prices start to skyrocket in the spring and early summer. 

Competition for homes in Northern Colorado is going to continue to be very high, and homes are going to be continually bid up to higher than asking price, so before you look at homes, ask yourself what your highest price is, and make sure to stick to it.
