More Condos going up in Old Town

If you didn't know, Penny Flats is adding more condos to their already large complex on the corner of Mason and Cherry on the northern end of Old Town. More condos equals more Fort Collins Real Estate for sale, and more people to help find a nice home. 22 more condos will be built on the 3 acres that Penny Flats is buying. We love the growth in the city, and love the creative ways that builders are finding to add more property. As long as it's not too overcrowded, we're just fine with it!

Not much going on outside as far as showings today because of the rain, so we're just catching up on paperwork from the busy year. I can't believe that it's already almost November, and we'll be into 2016 before we know it.
