New Student Apartments coming to CSU and Fort Collins

Landmark Properties is building out 1200 new student apartments off West Prospect and Lake Street, just across from the new on-campus stadium at Colorado State University.

Why is this significant? Because these is sure to be the newest, nicest apartment complexes that are close to campus and the new digs of CSU Rams football.

The details – The project will consist of 3 new complexes, the largest one called ‘The Standard’, and should be open for residency the same time as the opening of the new stadium, in the fall of 2017.

With CSU and Fort Collins growing year after year, this is a very important development in the maturity of the city, especially close to campus.
